Rf and Microwave Permittivities of Insects and Some Applications

Abtract: Interests in the permittivities of insects include data for radar applications in studying insect migration and for use in studies of dielectric heating for control of insects infesting cereal grains, wood products, and other materials. Sources of such data in the literature are identified, measurement data are presented, and dielectric properties data on insects are summarized in tabular form.
